These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bcgames platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, and account features. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing bcgames, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

All deposits and withdrawals on bcgames are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major local bank transfers. No foreign currency conversion is applied.
Each player may hold only one active account on bcgames. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or evade bans will be permanently closed without notice.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the relevant offer terms. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash.

Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires. Reading these definitions carefully will help you understand the legal meaning of terms used throughout this document.

References to "these Terms" include all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
Headings used in this document are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
Section 2
Eligibility & Account Registration
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bcgames, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
- You are registering on your own behalf as an individual, using accurate and truthful personal information. Registration on behalf of another individual is not permitted.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended bcgames account. Each individual may maintain only one account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or direct family member of a bcgames employee whose role involves access to the Platform's operational systems, odds-setting, or game configuration.
- You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order on bcgames that remains in effect at the time of attempted registration.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number (Bangladeshi number recommended for OTP verification), and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.
bcgames reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify the information provided at registration. This may include a copy of a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other proof of identity and age. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Section 3
Account Obligations & Security
Once your account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes made to your account settings. bcgames will act on instructions issued from your account in good faith, and will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the breach of security originated from your failure to maintain adequate credential confidentiality.
- Choose a strong, unique password for your bcgames account that you do not use on any other platform.
- Enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication to protect your account from unauthorised access.
- Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account recovery information with any third party, including bcgames support staff (who will never ask for your password).
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notify bcgames support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal details in your account profile at all times.
- Ensure that the payment methods linked to your account are registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
- Do not allow any other person to access or use your bcgames account. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Respond promptly to any verification requests issued by bcgames's compliance or security teams.
- Report any technical errors or platform malfunctions you encounter immediately. Exploiting known platform errors for financial gain is classified as Prohibited Conduct.
bcgames implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and applies automated bot-detection, brute-force login protection, and suspicious session monitoring. However, these protections do not substitute for your own responsibility to follow best practices for account security. Where bcgames's investigation determines that a security incident resulted from your failure to meet the obligations above, we reserve the right to limit our liability for resulting losses accordingly.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bcgames are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the Platform. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile financial service (MFS) methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business hours to reflect. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per day.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission during business days. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Verification before withdrawal: bcgames reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where KYC documentation has not been provided or has not been verified, withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.
- Transaction fees: bcgames does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — please check with your MFS or bank provider directly.
- Third-party payments: All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources will be refunded to the originating account and may trigger an account review. Winnings generated from third-party deposits may be voided.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a bcgames transaction without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to chargeback requests will be suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance may be withheld.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
bcgames offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific offer terms published alongside the promotion, and by the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount, while live casino table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the offer terms.
- One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or reload offer. Creating duplicate accounts to claim promotions multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- Withdrawal order: Real Money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals are processed from Real Money Balance first; Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
- Right to modify or withdraw promotions: bcgames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly affect players who have already opted into an active promotion.
Section 6
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
bcgames offers a diverse range of gaming products — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, fishing games, Plinko, and sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Each game and betting market is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface or market information panel. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each game or market before wagering.
- All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by our studio partners — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by bcgames or the player outside of the normal game mechanics.
- Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round result will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. Bets placed before disconnection stand.
- All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the confirmed odds are binding.
- bcgames reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. Players will be notified and the stake returned in such cases.
- In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed live data feeds. bcgames is not liable for delays in data feed updates outside our direct control.
- Match abandonment or postponement rules are applied according to the specific sport's market rules, which are available within the betting interface for each market.
bcgames's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in our support documentation. Where a system or software error results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, bcgames reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore player balances to their state immediately prior to the error. We will communicate any such voidances to affected players directly.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcgames Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your identity or age at any point during your use of the Platform.
- Duplicate accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or evading a ban or self-exclusion.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker variants, or fix the outcome of a live betting event.
- Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated tool to place bets, analyse live odds, or interact with the Platform without direct human input in real time.
- Exploiting errors: Intentionally exploiting any technical error, system glitch, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the Platform for financial gain. Players who discover an error are required to report it to support immediately and cease related wagering.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or financial dispute with a payment provider without first raising the matter with bcgames support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment. bcgames applies active AML monitoring and is obligated to report suspicious financial patterns.
- Underage access: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent a person under 18 years of age from accessing your account or the Platform through your devices or credentials.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or bcgames may close your account at any time. The circumstances and consequences of each closure type differ as set out below.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting bcgames support at support@bcgames. Upon receiving a valid closure request, we will:
- Process any pending withdrawal of your Real Money Balance to your registered payment method within three (3) business days.
- Forfeit any remaining Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress at the time of closure.
- Deactivate your account and restrict further logins within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmation.
- Retain your account records in accordance with our data retention obligations under the Privacy Policy.
bcgames may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed or suspected Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Confirmed underage access or misrepresentation of age at registration.
- Discovery that the account holder is an ineligible individual (e.g., a current employee or family member of a bcgames employee).
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
Where closure is due to Prohibited Conduct, bcgames reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes no wrongdoing by the player, the balance will be released. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and bcgames with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede any prior representations, communications, or agreements relating to your account. bcgames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on record. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions.
